高速列车粉末冶金制动闸片材料研究

摘要: 针对高速列车制动闸片材料的性能要求,采用粉末冶金工艺,通过对材料组元和工艺参数的试验研究,制备了4种体系配方的铁基摩擦材料,对其力学性能和摩擦磨损性能进行了测试,从中获得了一种动摩擦因数高(0.31)、磨损率低(2.2μm/面·次)、摩擦稳定系数高(88.9%)并且具有良好力学性能的铁基摩擦材料,对材料显微组织和表面形貌进行了观测和比较,并探讨了显微组织与材料摩擦学特性之间的关系,提出了影响材料摩擦磨损性能的三个关键因素。

Abstract: Four iron-based braking materials are developed via powder metallurgy technology based on experiments to components and technology parameter. Mechanical property and friction and wear property are tested. The material which is prospected to use for high-speed train is obtained with the well mechanical property and the property of friction coefficient of 0.31, wear rate of 2.2 μm once and friction stability of 88.9%. The microstructure is observed and the relationship between the property and microstructure is discussed. Three key factors influencing on tribologic characteristics of braking lining are put forward.
