摘要: 针对制动盘这一类具有循环对称特征的结构,建立了三维瞬态温度场泛函形式的数学模型,从而使计算模型和计算规模大大简化;采用ANSYS有限元程序对制动盘流场进行计算,得到了制动盘表面任意时刻的对流换热系数,进而获得其温度场分布;并且计算结果与实物试验结果比较吻合。

Abstract: A mathematical functional analysis model of a 3-D transient temperature field with cyclic symmetric structure is deduced. By using this model, the task from calculation and mesh dividing can be reduced on a large scale. The convection coefficient and the transient temperature distribution are obtained successfully by using CFD and thermal analysis in software ANSYS. The experiment results of this brake disc are discussed to verify the validity of the model.
