摘要: 提出利用有限元分析对机构运动过程进行实时仿真研究,模拟了存在弹性连接件系统的运动过程稳定性问题。采用弹性有限元分析技术,对模型系统的运动参数与力学参数进行了深入研究。通过一组弹簧连接的多体运动系统,介绍了实时仿真技术的实现方法与功能。分析结果表明,该方法能够有效地在设计阶段对结构的动力学性能进行预测与评价。在分析过程中,有限元法可以充分考虑运动系统的结构非线性与材料非线性对运动稳定性的影响,与传统的分析方法相比,该方法具有更高的建模精度,并且具有分析过程方便、简单、分析结果详细、形象等优点。

Abstract: A new finite element method based analysis approach, real time simulation, is brought out applying on the research of mechanism moving steady. Dynamic and mechanic characters of the model system have been through investigated utilizing elastic finite element analysis. The capability and implement technique have been introduced by an example of multi body moving system, which is build by spring joint. The analyses results show that the simulation method is efficacious to evaluate and forecast the dynamics property of the mechanism when it is still on the stage of design. The results show that this method is effective in locating the course of the un-steady moving condition. By the approach of finite element simulation, the non-linear property of mechanism is transformed into linear property, which make that the problem can be solved easily and correctly, as well as getting detailed and virtualized result.
