摘要: 小孔的稳定性是影响穿孔等离子弧焊焊接过程稳定性及接头质量的重要因素。在等离子弧发射光谱分析的研究基础上,研制了轻便实用的弧光传感器,采用普通光电器件和滤光镜片替代赘重昂贵的光谱分析系统,可以捕捉到表征小孔特征状态的信号。介绍了弧光传感器的组成、物理模型及信号特征。

Abstract: The maintenance of a stable keyhole during PAW welding process is of critical importance and the ultimate quality of the weld and the process stability depend strongly on the keyhole stability. A compact arc light sensor is developed based on the spectroscopic study on the plasma arc. By using this sensor, information concerning the keyhole formation and keyhole collapse could been extracted. The makeup of the arc light sensor, physical model of arc light sending and signal characteristics, are discussed.
