一种全四边形有限元网格生成方法——堆砌法

摘要: 提出了一种使用背景线指示网格生成方向的网格生成技术——堆砌法,用四边形网格划分任意二维区域。生成的网格质量较好,单元形状接近于正方形,边界单元的边趋向垂直于边界。与目前四边形网格划分效果较好的铺路法相比,算法结构简单,执行速度快。首先说明了这种算法的基本理论,然后对这种算法的性能进行了评价,最后给出了两个用这种算法获得的网格的例子。

Abstract: A method----heaping method ,which uses background lines to determine generation orient of quadrilateral elements is presented. The method is more simple than paving method in structure and more fast in speed because it avoids crosses and intersections between elements layers. In this paper, basis theory of heaping method is first introduced. Secondly, two examples are given. At last, its performance is evaluated.
