摘要: 提出了层压减振复合钢板的设计原则。指出高聚物夹层材料需具有大的阻尼因子值,且含有极性基团;复合钢板的结构为对称约束型结构。由计算和试验证明,用酚醛树脂氯丁橡胶作为夹层制得的层压减振复合钢板具有良好的减振性能和较高的结合强度。

Abstract: The design principle of laminated damping steel sheet is proposed. The polymer used as sandwich material should have high loss factor and cantain polar cluster; The structure of the laminated damping steel sheet is symmetric restraint. The results of calculation and experiments prove that the laminated damping steel sheet using phenolic resin-chloroprene rubber as sandwich material performs better damping property and higher binding strength.
