摘要: 编制了具有较强通用性的动涡旋三维实体和二维壳体有限元分析网格自动生成软件。分别采用实体单元和壳体单元进行了涡旋式压缩机动涡旋的网格划分和应力及变形计算,总结了两者在求解时各自的优点,并提出了结论。这些软件可应用于涡旋式压缩机的设计和开发。

Abstract: Automatic mesh generation programs are developed with solid element and shell element in FEM for the analysis of orbiting scroll which has some general applications, the division of the meshes, and the calculations of stress and deformation within the orbiting scroll. The advantages of the two types of element are summarized and a conclusion is presented. These software can be applied to design and development of the scroll compressors.
