摘要: 运用有限元数值计算的方法对具体低碳钢—防腐涂层复合结构进行了热弹性研究。通过建立力学模型和温度场,模拟各种服役工况,分析了结构内部各部位特别是结合界面处的应务大小和分布,研究结果具有较好的实用价值。

Abstract: By applying finite element numerical calculation, the research on the thermoelasticity of the composite structure made up of anti-corrosive coating and low carbon steel base is done. On the basis of hypothesizing a mechanical model and temperature fields, various actual service conditions are simulated, the value of internal stresses and its distribution in different parts of the composite structure, at the interface in particular, are analysed. The results obtained in the research are great value in practice.
