摘要: 提出了锅炉受压件强度的可靠性设计方法。该方法以现有的锅炉受压件强度计算公式为基础,考虑了设计量离散性的影响,使用可靠性分析法确定锅炉受压件强度设计的可靠度。介绍了锅炉受压件强度设计量分布参数的确定方法和可靠性计算模型。给出了锅炉管子、管道、圆筒形集箱、锅筒筒体和封头的可靠性设计方法及应用实例。

Abstract: A Method for reliability strength designing pressure parts of boilers is presented. Based on existing strength calculation formulas for pressure parts of boilers and taking into consideration the scatter of the various design magnitudes, a way how the strength design reliability of pressure parts for boilers may be determined with the help of reliability analysis methods is showed. Techniques for determining the distribution parameters, as well as reliability calculation models are also described. Reliability design methods of tubes, pipes, round header, drum shells and ends are given together with some practical examples.
