平面磨床主轴优化及变量设计技术的研究

摘要: 从平面磨床CAD的需要出发,研究了两项高新技术。提出了“卸积木式”力学模型。通过对该模型的求解和参数优化,实现磨床主轴的体积和刚度优化。提出了新的变量设计方法——变量推理法。在自动建立变量设计的模型基础上,以尺寸驱动可自动得到新的设计图样,特别适用于优化设计、修改设计及系列化设计。研究成果具有普遍意义。

Abstract: Proceed from the needs of plane grinder CAD, two advanced techniques are studied. "Removing toy bricks" mechanics model is presented. Through the solver of the model and optimization of the parameters, volume optimization and stiffness optimization of grinder spindle is realized. New variational design method-variation reasoning is presented. On the basis of building variational design model automatically, a new design graph can be obtained automatically when dimension driven. It is specially applicable to optimizing design, modifying design and series design. The results studied possess generic significance.
