摘要: 研究了叶片FMS的规划设计,提出了两个总体方案叶片FMS1和叶片FMS2。应用混合法建立了叶片FMS1活的、有界和可逆的Petri网模型,同时建立了叶片FMS2的Petri网模型。针对叶片FMS2存在的死锁现象,提出了避免死锁新算法。最后,提出了更完善的FMS评价体系,用该体系对叶片FMS的总体方案进行了评审。

Abstract: The planning of a blade FMS is studied. Two candidate designs of blade FMSl and blade FMS2 are proposed. The Petri net model of blade FMSl that has the properties of liveness, boundedness and reversibility is constructed by using a hybrid synthesis methodology of Petri nets. The Petri net model of blade FMS2 is also constructed. As deadlock can occur in blade FMS2, a new algorithm of the deadlock avoidance is proposed. A improved evaluation criteria of FMS is established and the candidate designs are evaluated by the evaluation criteria.
