摘要: 提出了基于多信号特征的神经网络多故障综合诊断方法。给出了神经网络多输入并行处理模式分类器的原理及其学习算法,描述了刀具异常磨损和颤振两种故障的状态特征,并进行了试验考证。结果表明,新的方法适于多故障复杂状态的并行诊断,且性能优于传统的方法,并具有故障判断阈值容易设置的特点。

Abstract: A synthetic multi signal features is presented based method for multi-abnorma1ity recognition using neural networks. The principle of pattern classifier with multi-input parallel processing and its learning algorithm are given, and the feature extraction for intensive tool wear and chatter is described. The examination experiment is also performed. It is shown that the new method is superior to previous ones, capable of parallel diagnosis of multi-complex abnormalities with easy set threshold.
