摘要: 采用单指标平衡与多指标优化相结合的方法,在曲柄上加平衡配重,部分平衡惯性力,在连杆上添加Ⅱ级相干组对机构的摆动力矩波动、输入转矩波动及固定支承动反力三项指标进行综合优化平衡。计算结果表明,该平衡法可使抓片机构的三项指标得到显著的均衡改善,进而达到提高摄影频率的目的。

Abstract: The method of combine single criteria balance with multiple criteria optimization is adopted. It makes force balanced partly, using the counterweights on crank, and makes the multiple criteria optimized by use of the I linkages on connecting rod, the multiple criteria include shaking moment fluctuations, the input torque fluctuations and the ground bearing forces. Results are, these multiple criteria were improved, and already attained the goal of shoot frequency.
