摘要: 扭压变形是在变形中沿坯料高度方向施加压力的同时,沿坯料横截面方向施加扭矩,将工件与工具间接触摩擦的有害作用转变为积极的有益作用,从而减小变形力,改善工件的组织性能。对其变形过程进行了数值模拟和试验研究,并与镦粗变形作了比较。在有限元模拟中,采用了分析区域选取、拟三维处理及摩擦功率的计算等方法,计算值与光塑性试验结果相吻合。

Abstract: Twist-compression forming is a process that a pressure is exerted along the height direction of the workpiece, and at the same time, a twisting torque is exerted along into cross-section direction during the process. It can change the harmful effect of friction for the useful one, reduce the deformation force and improve the structure of forging. Whole process is studied by numerical simulation and in some experimental methods.
