共轭曲面求解的分解重构原理及其应用

摘要: 针对共轭曲面求解的传统方法在智能CAD系统环境下存在的缺点,提出了共轭曲面求解的分解重构原理,实现了可以不同精度快速求解且不需要人工推导解析公式的自适应共轭曲面求解方法,并以工件螺旋糟成形铣刀廓形的自适应设计为例介绍了分解重构原理的应用。

Abstract: To overcome the brittleness of conventional analytical method of conjugating surface design in intelligent CAD system, the decomposition and reconstitute principle is proposed first for establishing general-purpose design system with high adaptability. Then, design of the profile of form milling cutter for helicoid surface is taken as an example of application of the new principle. Finally, practical software development and callculation hare been made with effection compared with well-known results.
