摘要: 应用物理模拟与数值分析等理论研究的方法,结合600MW汽轮机低压转子整体锻造工艺中有待探讨的问题,例如,工艺方案、工艺参数、锻压效果及工艺可靠性等进行了研究论证,提出了优化锻造工艺与质量控制的科学依据。

关键词: 大型锻件, 模拟试验, 转子

Abstract: Physical simulation and numerial analysis are used to solve the problems to the forming process or 600MW steam turbine low-voltage rotor as a whole, suck as the forging programme, technical parameters, forging quality and the reliability of the process. The scientific basis for optimizing the forming process and controlling the quality of the rotor is provided.
