摘要: 采用宽板试验和带缺陷容器的爆破试验研究了加载中的屈服流动机制和断裂参量的变化。示出并解释了在宽板和容器上应力、应变和裂纹张开位移之间的关系。为了研究评定准则,对有关试验结果按照国际焊接学会文献Doc-741应用COD设计曲线进行了评定,此时采用了三点弯曲COD试验的数值。结论为应把缺陷直接与构件整体性能相联系,该整体性能可采用总体强度和总体韧度指标。

Abstract: The yielding spread mechanism and the variations of fracture parameters in loading are investigated by means of wide plate tests and bursting experiments on cracked vessels. The relationships between the stresses, strains and COD (σ) on these plates and vessels are presented and explained. In order to study assessment criteria the test results have been assessed with COD design curve in accordance with ⅡW. Doc. 741-74, in which the values of three point bending COD test were used. The conclusions are that the significance of defects have to be directly related to the overall behaviour and assessment of overall behaviour can be based o the gross strength and gross ductility.
