摘要: 应用损伤力学的观点,基于对板材成形过程中的表面和内部损伤的研究结果以及考虑影响板材成形极限的基本力学性能、各向异性、初始板厚、表面损伤及内部损伤诸因素的作用,提出了新的极限应变预报模型。采用新的极限应变预报模型计算的盛开极限曲线与实验结果基本吻合。

Abstract: In this paper, based on the experimental studies of the surface and the internal damages during sheet forming process, a new forming limit prediction model has been presented by considering the effect of basic mechanical parameters, anisotropic parameter, initial thichness of the sheet, surface routhness parameters and internal damage parameters on the forming limit. The result shows that forming limit diagram calculated coincides with to experimental result very well.
