无压烧结Si3N4高温延迟断裂STP图的研究

摘要: 本文研究了无压烧结Si 3N 4陶瓷高温延迟断裂的施加应力—断裂时间—断裂几率间的关系。实验结果表明由强度分布得出的韦伯模数m不能准确表达Si 3N 4陶瓷高温延迟断裂的离散性。利用反复二元回归法,考虑延迟断裂的离散性,得到了改进的STP图。

Abstract: The relationship of applied stress fracture time-fracture propability of sintered Si3N4 was investigated. The experimental results show that the weibull modulus m obtained by bending strength distribution can not describe accurately the delayed fracture distribution of sintered Si3N4.The modified STP diagram was obtained with consideration of delayed fracture distribution by means of iterative regression analysis.
