摘要: 本文研究了硼含量对Ni3Al合金抗氧化性能的影响。结果表明,当硼含量在0.11~0.29wt%时,合金的抗氧化性能明显改善,而更高的硼含量由于生成了复杂的硼氧化物,破旧坏了Al2O3氧化硼的完整性,使合金的抗氧化性能恶化。

Abstract: The effect of boron content(0 to 0.48wt%) on isothermal oxidation behaviour of Ni3Al at 750 to 1150℃ for 3 to 100 h has been studied. The results show that the isothermal oxidation kinetics of Ni3Al with various boron contents at different temperatures obeys the parabolic law. The compounds with 0.11 to 0.20wt% B show the best oxidation resistance .The morphology and microstructure of the scales have also been investigated.
