回转运动误差的精确测试理论与方法

摘要: 本文提出了用瞬心的概念分析回转轴径向误差运动的新思想和新方法,根据微分几何学的原理提出了静瞬心线和动瞬心线、静轮转曲线和动轮转曲线、单周回转中心和单周回转轴心等概念及它们的计算公式;指出,单周回转轴心相对于单周回转中心的运动范围可表征回转轴本身径向运动误差的大小,而动、静累转曲线则分别对应于车、镗加工时的工件轮廓曲线,它们的圆度误差即表示车、镗类机床的加工精度过。与CIRP统一文件的近似测试理论不同,本文提出了一种回转运动误差的精确测试理论和方法。

Abstract: In This paper a new idea and a new method of analyzing radial error motion of rotating axis on the conception of instant center are put forward, and the conceptions and their calculating formulas of stationary instant center line and moving insant center line, moving rotary curve and stationary rotary curve, monocircle center of gyration and monocircle rotating axle center are advanced as well accocding to the principle of differential geometry. It is indicated that the motion range of monocircle rotating axle center relative to monocircle center of gyration can express the size of radial motion error of rotating axis itself, but the moving, stationary rotary curves are corresponding to outline curves of the workpiece at turning and boring machining, their roundness error indicates the machining precision of such kinds of machine tools as lathe and boring machine. Different from the approximate measuring theory of the Unification Document of CIRP, a kind of refined measuring theory and method of rotation error is put forword in this paper.
