高速列车转向架构架疲劳试验载荷谱研究

Research on the Fatigue Test Spectrum for High Speed Train Bogie Frames

摘要: 通过转向架构架平衡方程,确定车体加速度为构架主体载荷的计算输入参数,对典型镟修周期内振动数据进行统计分析,得到该参数随运营里程的演变规律。基于线性累积损伤和超越累积频次扩展法则,提出特定车轮磨耗状态下的长程谱拓展及特征加速度计算方法。随着车轮等效锥度和踏面粗糙度的增长,车辆的振动水平随之加剧,提出劣化函数描述构架载荷在镟修周期内的恶化过程,曲线由长期服役跟踪试验累积的车体特征加速度拟合得到。根据广义Basquin公式提出全寿命周期内劣化曲线的等效特征加速度计算方法,获得台架试验载荷谱。试验载荷谱设计考虑了频次压缩、损伤扩展、载荷周期劣化特征,满足构架实际运用状态的损伤一致性。

Abstract: Carbody acceleration is determined as the input parameter of the load computation formula derived from the balancing equations of the bogie frame. The parameter evolution respect to the operation mileage is also obtained by statistical analysis of the vibration data in two typical re-profiling intervals. The long-term expanding spectrum and feature accelerations computing method is proposed for the specific worn states of the wheelsets through exceeding cumulative frequencies according to the linear damage accumulation principle. The deterioration function is proposed as the facts that vibration levels of the bogie are gradually increased due to the stability downgrading and thread roughness increasing. Deterioration function describes the loads increasing process with the operation mileages and is fitted by long-term tracking test data. The equivalent feature acceleration as the test rig spectrum for the life cycle is derived from the deterioration function based on the generalized Basquin formula. The test spectrum is damage consistent with respect to the real operation conditions as the critical factors such as frequency compacting, damage expanding, and periodic loading deterioration are taken accounts.
