汽车底盘耐久性载荷加速编辑策略

Accelerating Edition Strategy of Load Spectrum for Durability Analysis of Automotive Chassis

摘要: 载荷谱编辑方法和损伤保留比例共同影响载荷编辑质量。以试验场实测转向节应变数据为参照,应用损伤保留编辑法和小波变换编辑法,获取不同损伤保留比例的轮心6分力信号加速谱。从压缩效率、功率谱密度、穿级计数、雨流计数和统计参数方面分析编辑方法和编辑参数对加速谱质量的影响。通过疲劳仿真对比不同编辑方案对零件疲劳分析精度和分析效率的影响。结果表明,损伤保留比例设定不低于90%是保证载荷谱编辑质量的前提。损伤保留编辑法和小波变换编辑法的疲劳分析精度接近,但损伤保留编辑法的加速效果更佳。采用损伤保留编辑法保留原始载荷95%损伤量为最佳编辑方案,加速谱的时间压缩近50%,疲劳寿命仿真误差控制在5%以内且仿真效率提高215%,为提高耐久性载荷的编辑质量提供参考。

Abstract: The editing method of load spectrum and the ratio of damage retention affect the quality of load editing together. Based on the steering knuckle's strain data measured in test site, the accelerated spectrum of wheel center six-component force signal with different damage retention proportion is obtained by using damage retention editing method and wavelet transform editing method. The effect of editing methods and editing parameters on quality of accelerated spectrum is analyzed from the aspects of compression efficiency, power spectral density, level-crossing counting, rain flow counting and statistical parameters. The influence of different edition scheme on the accuracy and efficiency of fatigue analysis is compared by fatigue simulation. The results show that the setting of damage retention ratio is not less than 90%, which is the premise of ensuring the editing quality of load spectrum. The fatigue analysis accuracy of damage retention editing method and wavelet transform editing method is close, but the accelerated effect of damage retention editing method is better. Using the damage retention editing method to retain 95% is the best editing scheme, the time compression ratio of the accelerated spectrum is nearly 50%, the simulation error of fatigue life is controlled within 5% and the simulation efficiency is improved by 215%, which provides a reference for improving the editing quality of durability load.
