高速列车转向架构架扭转载荷特征研究

Study on Torsional Load Characteristics of High-speed Train Bogie Frame

摘要: 以两种结构型式(A/B型)的高速列车转向架构架为研究对象,采用直接测试法识别相同运用条件下两种构架的扭转载荷,对比分析扭转载荷的时域、频域及载荷值分布特征,并对扭转载荷谱的相似性进行评价,基于疲劳损伤仿真计算结果验证两种构架扭转载荷谱互用的可行性。研究结果表明,各典型运用工况下两种构架扭转载荷的时域、频域特征一致;A型构架的扭转载荷值范围大于B型构架,且两者在不同站间具有相对稳定的比值关系;两种构架的扭转载荷值分布特征一致,均大致以y轴为中心呈尖峰对称分布;在两种构架扭转载荷谱长度及形状高度相似的前提下,考虑载荷值比例关系的互换载荷谱,其产生的最大损伤与本型结构载荷谱产生的最大损伤比值为1.3(A型构架)、1.5(B型构架),满足用于构架疲劳评估的要求。

Abstract: Taking two structure patterns(A/B) of high-speed train bogie frames as research objects, the direct testing method is used to identify their torsional loads under same operation condition. The torsional load characteristics in time domain, frequency domain and load values distribution are compared, and the similarity of the torsional load spectrum is evaluated. Finally, the feasibility of bilateral use of torsional load spectrum is verified based on fatigue damage simulation results. The results show that the time- and frequency-domain characteristics of torsional loads from two kinds of bogie frames are the same in typical operating conditions. The torsional load range of A-frame is larger than that of B-frame, and they have stable ratio relationship in different intervals. The distribution characteristics of torsional load values of two kinds of bogie frames are consistent, and they are roughly symmetrical spike distribution around y-axis. On the premise that the length and shape of torsional load spectra of two kinds of bogie frames are highly similar, the maximum damage ratio of interchangeable load spectrum considering load values proportion relationship to load spectrum of original structure are 1.3(A-frame) and 1.5(B-frame), which meets the requirements for bogie frame fatigue assessment.
