摘要: 本文结合DD-680大客车发动机支承改进设计实例,介绍应用模糊集理论,通过“移频、解耦及降低支承处响应力”等多种途径对发动机支承参数进行模糊多目标优化设计的方法和结果。实践表明,这种方法不仅能较好地协调从不同角度对支承设计提出的不同要求,获得满意的综合效果,而且能方便灵活地把设计者的一些难以抽象成经典数学问题的经验反映到模糊数学模型中,从而在优化设计时得到体现。

Abstract: This paper provides a method about fuzzy multi-objects optimization (FMO) in parameters of engine-mountings. In order to get better characteristics of engine-mounting system, three ways are considered as follows. The first way is assigning poles of the system to suit frequency characteristics of vehicle. The second way is making the system discoupling. The last way is reducing response at the mountings. Generally, every one of the sub-object functions which is constituted according to these ways is in conflict with others. Their optimal solution can not be found. In fact, FMO is the method by using which these conflicts can be coordinated and a satisfied solution having synthetic effects can be found. It has been verified through the practice of optimizing engine-mounting parameters of the DD-680 coach.
