摘要: 本文采用三维有限元法编制了含内冷铁铸件凝固进程数值模拟的通用程序;通过数值计算对有限元法的不稳定现象进行了讨论,提出了改进方法;本文还提出了模拟内冷铁影响的等效初始温度法,并采用界面温差模拟了界面热阻的影响;对东北第一重型机器厂的铸钢齿轮的凝固进程进行了数值模拟和实测研究,对其现行工艺进行了分析。

Abstract: In this paper, the FEM is used to simulate the solidification of a casting which contains internal chills. The unstable phenominon in the calculation of FEM is discussed by means of numerical analysis. The equivalent initial temperature method is proposed to simulate the effect of the internal chill, the difference of temperature is used to simulate the effect of the heat resistance of the casting-chill interface. Finally, both numerical simulation and the practical test on the solidification of a cast steel gear are carried out in the First Heavy Machine Plant, and the casting technique of the gear is analysed in detail.
