超高压二通插装阀仿真分析及试验研究

摘要: 目前国内外大型液压机是采用增压器传动来实现超高压,结构复杂、工作不连续、速度慢等缺点。本文针对上述问题,自行设计和研制了一种新型结构的超高压、大流量二通插培育式换向阀,对其结构、性能等做了理论分析和试验研究,并将此阀应用于液压系统中取得了较好的效果。还对该阀的动态特性利用计算机进行了仿真计算和分析,其结果与实验相吻合。

Abstract: At present, the super high-pressure in the large types of hydro presses is made by the transmission of the pressurized at home and abroad, which has many shortcomings such as complex structure, discontinuous work and slow speed etc. Toward above the problems, we designed and developed a new types of the cartridge-direction valve with the super high-pressure and the great flow; made the Decrials analysis and experimental study is its structure and property and applied the valve in the hydro-system the effects of which are better. We also made the analysis of the kinetic character of the value, the results of which are the same as theses of the experiment.
