摘要: 采用电、热、塑性变形耦合的有限元方法,模拟了直流电阻对焊过程;探讨了变形过程中电场、温度场、变形之间以及变形过程中界面夹杂物清除率和变形之间的相互关系。分析表明,较大的变形有利于清除界面夹杂物。

Abstract: The process of D.C. upset welding is simulated by the coupled finite element method. The relationship among electric field, temperature field, rigid viscoplastic deformation and removal of interface contamination are discussed. The result show that large deformation was benefit to the removal of interface contamination.
