摘要: 针对高方平筛在起动阶段存在的迟滞共振现象,采用一种新型的自调偏心距式惯性激振方式,并对系统起动过程进行动力学建模和数值计算。在考虑三相异步电动机起动时的固有力学性能和滚动轴承摩擦转矩的前提下,建立筛体、悬吊装置和激振装置组成的系统起动过程非线性动力学模型,在Matlab中运用4阶Runge-Kutta算法对偏心距不变式和偏心距可调式两种激振方式下的起动过程进行数值仿真,分析新型激振装置中初始偏心距、刚度和阻尼等参数对起动阶段最大瞬态振幅的影响规律。结果表明,采用合适参数设置的新型激振装置能大幅度减少设备起动阶段的最大瞬态振幅和达到稳态强迫振动的游动时间。新型激振装置的提出对于提高高方平筛及同类振动机械的工作寿命具有重要的工程应用价值。

Abstract: To eliminate the retarded resonance during starting period in square plansifter, a self-adjustable inertial exciter is proposed. Considering the mechanical characteristic of three-phase asynchronous motor and the friction torque of bearing, the nonlinear dynamic model of the system which consists of the body of sifter, the suspenders and the exciter is established. Since the eccentric distance of exciter is unchangeable and self-adjustable respectively, the four-order Runge-Kutta method is used to simulate the starting process in Matlab. The law of influence of the initial eccentric distance, stiffness and damping of the new exciter on the maximum instantaneous amplitude during starting period is analyzed. The results show that the maximum instantaneous amplitude and the starting time can be greatly shortened during starting period by the novel exciter with appropriate parameters.
