摘要: 通过对比分析已有提纯工艺及设备,结合纯金属的凝固特性,自主开发出了一套适用于工业化生产5N高纯铝的设备和相应的工艺。设备采用双线圈双区中频感应加热,获得了较高且可调节的温度梯度,通过计算机自动控制晶体的生长速度,控制定向凝固中的晶粒形态,获得了生长均匀的胞状晶和单晶。成分检测显示,制备的铝锭纯度达到99.999 3%以上,杂质元素轴向分布合理。

Abstract: Comparing with the old technique and equipments of Al purification, combined with solidification characteristic of pure Al, a new-style purification furnace and corresponding technology is developed. Double induction coils heating mode is adopted and a higher and adjustable thermal gradient above solid and liquid interface is obtained. The growth velocity is controlled automatically by computer and the morphology of HPA crystal is stable cellular or single crystal. The results of concentration analysis show that, the purity of the ingots fabricated by this furnace can reach 99.999 3%, and there is a reasonable axial distribution of impurities.
