摘要: 电弧声作为焊缝熔透状态监控的潜在源信号,对焊接过程质量控制和自动化生产的实现具有重要意义。以MIG焊平板对接射流过渡过程中产生的非平稳电弧声信号为研究对象,采用小波变换技术取得了良好的信噪分离效果,达到有效抑制噪声目的。在此基础上,通过合理地选择样本数据,从时域、频域和时频联合3个角度研究分析电弧声信号与焊缝熔透状态之间的内在相关性,发现电弧声信号能量及其频谱特性与熔透状态高度相关,其中1 500~4 500 Hz频率段信号能量的变化可准确地检测出焊接过程熔透状态的改变。结果表明利用电弧声信号进行熔透状态监控是可行的,为MIG焊接过程质量监控提供了一种廉价而有效的新途径。

Abstract: Arc sound is well known as the potential source signals for monitoring the weld penetration status, which is very important to the welding process quality control and automatic production. The dynamic and non-stationary arc sound signal in MIG butt welding with spray transfer is selected as an object. The denoising principle and method based on wavelet transform are applied to arc sound signal, and the effect of noise reduction is achieved. Through a reasonable choice for sample data set on that basis, the internal relationship between arc sound signal and penetration status is analyzed from time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain. The energy and spectrum of arc sound signal are highly correlated with penetration status and signal energy variation. The signal from 1 500 Hz to 4 500 Hz can accurately detect the changes in penetration status in welding process. The results indicate the feasibility of the penetration state monitored by use of arc sound signal, and a cheap and effective way is provided for controlling the quality of MIG welding process.
