大型风力发电机传动链多柔体动力学建模与仿真分析

摘要: 为防止大型风力发电机运转过程中发生共振破坏危险,提出一种基于多柔体系统动力学模型的时/频域综合共振甄别方法。根据GL2010规范建立某机型MW级风力发电机传动链多柔体动力学仿真模型。进行三种复杂度级别建模方案对比,根据频率覆盖范围判定最优建模方案。通过零部件柔性、轴承刚度和齿轮啮合柔性等实现传动链多柔体动力学精确建模,运用该模型绘制和分析其坎贝尔图、能量分布图和快速傅里叶变换(Fast Fourier transform, FFT)图,结合时/频域综合甄别危险共振点。通过理论计算和第三方软件两种途径进行模型验证。研究结果表明,多柔体建模方案能更深入更全面地描述复杂系统的动态特性,避免简化仿真模型造成的频率限制,该机型传动链在固有频率9.86 Hz和206.27 Hz上存在危险共振点,响应零部件为齿轮箱箱体和二级大齿轮轴,值得关注,仿真分析结果与理论计算结果和第三方软件计算结果吻合。

Abstract: The concept of disposable mechanical elements is proposed. Disposable mechanical elements with extremely short lives are widely used in the aerospace and some other special fields. Disposable mechanical elements have smaller volume and lighter weight than general mechanical elements. During the running process of disposable mechanical elements, high cycle fatigue failure will not occur. Until now, there is no systematically design theory used in the disposable mechanical elements design. Therefore, the static strength design criteria is proposed which could take place of high cycle fatigue failure checking in the disposable mechanical elements design, which could decrease the volume and weight of mechanical elements. The design theory is used in the design of bevel and fleshliness of certain type rocket steering reducer. Under the same load level, the gear modulus reduces by 40% by using the disposable mechanical elements. An experiment is conducted to test the performance of the reducer. The experiment result shows that the reducer could meet the requirement of the initial design targets. It is proved that the disposable mechanical elements design theory is fairly effective.
