铸铁中球状石墨的结构

摘要:   通过对各类球墨的SEM观察,证实球墨中存在在片状或球状的石墨心。确认在稀土球铁和镁球铁中,都可观察到由圆周状生长的内球和螺旋生长的外壳所组成的双层球墨,提出双层球墨的结构模型。进而指出:a向生长的石墨片通过倾斜孪晶将(0001)面卷曲为长生表面,并在其上产生c向螺旋生长的锥体,是球墨的一般生长方式,而放射状、肋骨状、洋葱状等球墨是双层球墨的特例。

Abstract:   By SEM observation on various types of spheroidal graphite (SG), it has been found that SG possesses a flake-like or a nodular nucleus and the duplex SG with a circumferentially growing interior spherulite and a spirally growing outer shell exists in both rare-earth-treated and magnesium-treated SG cast iron, and a structure model of the duplex SG has been proposed. It is then suggested that SG grows generally in a manner that a graphite flake growing in α-direction is twisted by twin/tilt with the (0001) plane as the growing interface, and the c -direction spiral branches then grow out, whereas the radial, the ribbed and the onion-type SG are special types of the duplex SG.
