摘要:   在使用中的钢锭模的热应力是导致钢锭模变形、开裂的重要原因之一。用计算机模拟在使用中的钢锭模的温度场与应用场提出钢锭模易变形及易开裂的部位,能为钢锭模结构设计提供重要参数。本文提出了当量导热率的概念,用它代替钢锭与钢锭模之间的热交换系数,大大简化了模拟计算机的过程。并根据计算机模拟的球铁钢锭模的温度场和应力场设计新型结构的钢锭模,使钢锭模在浇注钢水以后所产生的热应力降低,且分布更加均匀。

Abstract:   Computer simulation of temperature and stress fields of ingot mold in service is one kind of new methods for construction project of ingot mold. It can indicate easy of deformational and cracking local in service. Which are important data for improving construction project of ingot mold. According to temperature and stress fields, construction project of ingot mold. According to temperature and stress fields, improved construction of ingot mold was put forward. Stresses of ingot mold with new construction decrease and distribute equilibrium. It can increase service life of ingot mold. In this paper equivalence thermal. Conductivity was put forward and replaces interface thermal exchangeable coefficient between ingot and ingot mold. Then calculation processes can be simplify.
