摘要: 针对快速锻造液压机工作过程的重复性和液压系统节流产生热量的特点,在传统的PID控制器的基础上,利用重复性的特点和计算机的记忆储存特性,将每一次打击所得到的系统误差应用于下一次的控制过程中,构成迭代学习PID控制器。该控制器具有设计简单、重复精度高的特点,仿真结果和实际应用表明,能够满足快速锻造液压机控制的要求。

Abstract: Because the working process of high speed hydraulic press is repeat and large quantity of heat produced by the hydraulic system throttling, a new iterative PID controller is designed. By using the memory ability of computer, the controller keeps the last times’ error information and then applies this information to the next times’ control. The simulation and practice application shows the iterative PID controller has the characteristics of simplicity and high repeating precision, which can meet the need of high speed hydraulic press.
