摘要: 针对冲压模具的特点,提出了模具型面参数化NURBS曲面分片,局部网格调整的思想,较好地解决了板料成形有限元模拟前处理中模具型面造型及网格划分的问题。基于NURBS方法,在VC++平台上开发了一个NURBS曲面造型及网格生成系统,对实际的盒形件拉深凹模型面进行了描述,获得了满意的曲面形状;基于参数空间法对型面进行了四边形网格剖分,并自动实现四边形到三角形网格的转换。

Abstract: The geometrical description and mesh generation for tooling surface play an important role in the FE simulation of sheet metal forming process. According to the characteristics of stamping tools, a method of division of tooling surface into a group of parameterized NURBS patches and local area mesh adjustment is put forward. Based on the concept of the predefined parameterized NURBS surfaces, an interactive software with C+ + code is developed for stamping tool surface modeling and mesh generation, The die for deep drawing process is modeled and both quadrilateral and triangular meshes are generated. And the output data containing mesh and node information are satisfying for the successive FE simulation.
