基于虚拟激励算法与频域主S-N曲线法的转向架随机振动疲劳分析

Random Vibration Fatigue Analysis of Bogie Based on Pseudo Excitation Method and Master S-N Curve Method in Frequency Domain

摘要: 针对转向架设计初期阶段,仿真计算随机激励下构架振动响应谱计算量大与名义应力法预测构架焊缝疲劳寿命具有离散性的问题,建立简化的地铁车辆有限元模型,将大质量数置入轮轨接触点,依据虚拟激励算法与大质量法理论,将轨道不平顺位移激励转化为力激励施加于大质量点,直接求解构架振动响应的绝对位移功率谱,分别基于频域名义应力法与频域主S-N曲线法对构架进行随机振动疲劳寿命预测。计算过程表明,虚拟激励算法能快速、准确地求解构架振动响应谱;计算结果表明,构架的沉浮、横移与扭转模态对其疲劳寿命有较大的影响。同时,频域主S-N曲线法预测的构架焊缝疲劳寿命结果具有更好的一致性与准确性,且还可有效地识别焊缝的应力集中现象。

Abstract: The computational cost for solving vibration response power spectrum density(PSD) under random excitation is high and fatigue life of bogie frame weld predicted by the nominal stress method is discrete, in the stage of bogie design. To solve issues, a simplified finite element model of metro vehicle is established, and a large mass number is put into wheel-rail contact points of the model. Then the absolute displacement PSD of bogie is directly solved through exerting the displacement excitation of track irregularity on the big mass point in the form of force excitation, based on pseudo excitation method and big mass method. The random vibration fatigue life of bogie frame is predicted based on nominal stress method and the master S-N curve method in frequency domain respectively. The calculation process shows that vibration response PSD of bogie could be quickly and accurately solved by pseudo excitation method. The results show that fatigue life of the frame is greatly influenced by modes of bounce, transverse, and torsion. Meanwhile, the master S-N curve method in frequency domain not only can predict fatigue life of frame weld more accurately and consistently, but also effectively identify stress concentration of welds.
