摘要: 提出一种磨床砂轮不平衡量现场识别的最小二乘新方法,建立起了最小二乘识别通用模型,给出了典型识别公式和识别算法,并进行了现场识别与平衡研究。结果表明该方法能有抑制测量误差的影响,提高识别与平衡精度。

Abstract: A new method on identifying the unbalance value of grinding wheels-a least-square method is presented. The identifying model has been set up and the typical formulae to determine the unbalance amplitude and phase angle are induced. The experiment results show that this method can decrease the influence of measurement error on identifying precision and improve balance precision.
