板料拉延过程的数值分析

摘要: 本文采用有限应变理论中增量形式的total Lagrangian列式和J 2流动法则,用薄膜壳模型对板料拉延过程进行了数值分析。板料的应力-应变关系为指数形式,考虑了材料厚向异性的影响,设板料与模具的接触表面适用库仑摩擦定律。分析中考虑了压边的作用,引入了凸缘起皱和简部破裂的判断准则。计算结果与实验数据进行了比较。

Abstract: In this paper, numerical analysis of deep drawing process of sheet metal is carried out, using membrane shell model, adopting total Lagrangian formulation and J2 flow rule. Exponential stress-strain relation of the sheet and Coulomb friction at the contacting surface between the sheet and punch or die assumed. Normal anisotropy of the sheet and effects of the binder are taken into account. Criterion to predict flange wrinkling and fracture are introduced. The computation is compared with experimental data.
