摘要: 小波包由于其多尺度特点,具有良好的局部特性,为此将基于小波包提取的冲击信号的特征值应用于松动件质量估计。通过小波包分解获取各频段小波包系数,计算各频段小波包系数的能量谱,并进行归一化,得到特征值矢量;以此特征值矢量作为输入参数,松动件质量作为输出参数,应用支持向量机(Support vector machine,SVM)实现松动件质量估计。应用平板试验台对所提方法进行对比试验验证,分析表明所提方法对不同质量的松动件都具有较好的质量估计效果,且性能稳定。

Abstract: The eigenvalue of impact signal extracted on the basis of wavelet packet is applied to the mass estimation of loose parts, for wavelet packet has good local properties because of its multi-scale feature. Eigenvalue vector is obtained through normalization after receiving wavelet packet coefficients of each frequency band by using wavelet packet decomposition and its energy spectrum calculation. The mass estimation of loose parts is executed, with the eigenvalue vector as SVM input parameter and mass of loose parts as SVM output parameter. The experiments carried out to verify the proposed method in the plate test bed indicate that this method has good quality and stable performance of mass estimation for loose parts with different mass.
