索网式星载展开天线结构纵向调整索数及其初始张力的优化

摘要: 针对星载可展开天线的特殊要求,对索网式展开天线结构的初始设计进行优化研究。以上、下索网之间的纵向调整索数与索张力为设计变量,表面精度与纵向调整索数为目标,应力和频率为约束条件,建立双目标优化数学模型。由于传统的优化方法难以求解高度非线性的、具有混合变量的双目标优化问题,故采用遗传算法进行求解。优化取得了满意的结果,验证了模型与方法的可行性与有效性。

Abstract: Optimization on initial design of a cable-net antenna is made according to the special requirements for space-borne antenna. Optimal mathematical model is built with goals of minimum vertical cable number and surface accuracy, design variables of numbers of vertical cables and cable tensions, and constraints of stresses and basic frequency. Since it is difficult for traditional optimization methods to solve such a problem with mixed variables, biobjective and strong nonlinearity, a genetic algorithm is used instead. The optimal result shows the validity and effectiveness of the proposed method and model.
