Indicator System and Evaluation Decision-making for Sustainable Manufacturing Scheduling Based on ProdSI-FANP

摘要: 针对当前生产调度领域缺乏全面可持续性评价的问题,着重研究具有通用性的可持续调度指标体系以及生产调度多维度可持续性评价决策方法。首先,在指标提取和筛选的基础上,提出统一符号范式下的定量化分析方法;其次,从三基线原则(Triple bottom line,TBL)出发,基于产品可持续指数(Product sustainability index,ProdSI)构建五层结构的生产调度三维指标体系;再次,设计基于模糊理论的改进网络分析法(Fuzzy analytic network process,FANP)更好地反映专家在复杂体系赋权评分中的主观偏向,并提出ProdSI-FANP算法架构实现调度方案的综合可持续性评价。最后,面向典型柔性作业车间生产场景对评价效果进行分析,结果表明,所提体系与评价方法可从多角度为制造企业生产调度的评价决策和可持续转型提供理论支撑和方案参考。

Abstract: Aiming at the lack of comprehensive sustainability evaluation in the current production scheduling field, the research focuses on the universal sustainable scheduling index system and the multi-dimensional sustainability evaluation decision-making method of production scheduling. First, on the basis of index extraction and screening, the quantitative description analysis method with unified symbolic paradigm is proposed. Secondly, starting from the triple bottom line (TBL) principles, based on the product sustainability index (ProdSI), a five-tiered production scheduling three-dimensional indicator system is constructed. Thirdly, an improved network analysis method based on fuzzy theory (FANP) is designed to better reflect the subjective bias of experts in the weighting and scoring of complex systems, and the ProdSI-FANP algorithm architecture is proposed to realize the comprehensive sustainability evaluation of dispatching schemes. Finally, the evaluation effect is analyzed for typical flexible job shop production scenarios. The results show that the proposed system and evaluation method can provide theoretical support and program reference from multiple perspective for the evaluation decision and sustainable transformation of production scheduling in manufacturing enterprises.
