圆锯片激光冲击适张预应力场的生成与调控

摘要: 为探寻激光冲击手段对于圆锯片预应力场的影响规律,在合理的简化与假设的基础上,利用ABAQUS软件中的静力学与动力学求解模块,建立了圆锯片激光冲击适张过程的理论分析模型;利用应变采集仪,对圆锯片激光冲击后的预应力场进行了实测,理论与实测结果吻合较好。仿真与实测结果表明:圆锯片激光冲击后,外缘生成了一定量级的切向拉应力,具有适张效果;通过调整激光冲击区域的大小、位置以及分布形式,能够对圆锯片外缘的切向拉应力数值进行有效调控。

Abstract: In order to investigate the influence of laser shock process on prestress field of circular saw blade, mechanical model for laser shock tensioning process of circular saw blade is reasonably simplified and built by static and dynamic solution module of ABAQUS software. Prestress field of circular saw blade after laser shock process is tested by strain acquisition instrument. The theoretical and experimental results are in good agreement. Conclusions are shown below. Tangential tensile stress is produced in the edge of circular saw blade after laser shock process with tensioning effect. The value of tangential tensile stress produced in the edge of circular saw blade can be adjusted effectively by adjusting the size, position and distribution of impact zone.
