高速列车转向架-车体-座椅垂向耦合振动机理及悬挂参数联合优化

Vertical Coupled Vibration Mechanism of Bogie-body-seat System and Joint Optimization of Suspension Parameters for High-speed Train

摘要: 针对高速列车中的垂向悬挂系统参数匹配问题,应用系统工程方法,将列车转向架系统、车体及座椅系统纳入一个统一的整体大系统,建立高速列车转向架-车体-座椅耦合系统垂向动力学模型,并探讨各系统间的相互耦合作用关系;在此基础上,以人体振动舒适性最佳为目标,对轨道随机不平顺激励下的高速列车垂向悬挂系统进行多目标、多参数优化,建立高速列车转向架-车体-座椅耦合系统垂向悬挂参数联合优化方法。分析比较优化后的结果可知,悬挂系统参数优化后高速列车的乘坐舒适性显著提高,不同位置处的座椅垂向振动加权加速度方均根值降低了18.52%以上,表明所建立的高速列车转向架-车体-座椅耦合系统垂向悬挂参数联合优化方法是可行的。该研究为高速列车垂向悬挂系统参数的选取提供了有效借鉴。

Abstract: For the problem of high speed train suspension parameters matching, using the method of system engineering, taking the bogie system, the car body, and the seat system as a unified whole system, a vertical dynamic model of high-speed train bogie-body-seat coupling system is established and the interaction between the systems is discussed. Based on this, taking optimal ride comfort as target, the optimization of the vertical suspension system of high-speed train under the excitation of track random irregularity is carried out and a joint optimization method of vertical suspension parameters for bogie-body-seat coupling system is built. Through numerical computations, it is known that the ride comfort of high-speed train has been significantly improved after the vertical suspension parameters been optimized, and the body vertical weighed root mean square acceleration value at different positions is reduced by more than 18.52%, the results show that the joint optimization method of vertical suspension parameters for bogie-body-seat coupling system established is workable. This research provides an efficient method for the selection of vertical suspension parameters of high-speed train.
