航空发动机静强度设计中的保护准则探讨

摘要:

提出航空发动机结构静强度设计中的保护准则,通过准则的实施在设计中考虑以零件某种损失较小的模式失效来避免损失更大的破坏,从设计源头提高发动机的安全性和经济性。结合实例对保护准则的必要性进行了讨论,给出保护件、被保护件、保护环节的定义。重点研究防止轮盘沿子午面爆裂的保护件及保护环节形式,提出基于最优化设计方法的保护环节设计数学模型及设计步骤。给出传动轴、叶片、挡板等三个保护件设计的实例,理论分析和试验结果表明,提出的准则和设计方法是有效的。

Abstract:

The protection design criterion is proposed which is used in aero-engine structure static strength design and which requires that some sort of component failure which is less destructive should be occurred so as to prevent an aero engine from heavier damage. The necessity of protection criterion is discussed through practical examples and the definitions of the protecting part, protected part and protecting area are presented. Emphasis is put on the protecting part and protecting area used to prevent disk burst. Mathematical models and steps of protecting area design based on optimization are presented. Examples of protecting parts design of a driving shaft, a blade and a turbine side plate are presented, which theoretically and experimentally indicate that the proposed protect design criteria and method is efficient.
