裂纹止裂愈合技术发展现状及展望

States and Prospects of Crack Arrest and Healing Technology

摘要: 裂纹是机械产品的主要失效形式之一,阻止宏观裂纹扩展或使微观裂纹愈合,不但可以确保机械产品的安全运行,还能够延长其使用寿命。综述了裂纹止裂愈合技术的国内外研究和发展现状及介绍了脉冲电流技术在材料制备加工中的应用,着重介绍了利用高强度脉冲电流瞬态能量输入进行裂纹止裂愈合的一种新途径。结合再制造产品的特点,提出脉冲电流裂纹止裂愈合在带有裂纹的零部件的再制造过程中的应用。依据近四十年来,裂纹止裂愈合研究方向的文献发表情况,以再制造为背景,提出裂纹止裂愈合技术的发展趋势和发展策略建议。

Abstract: Crack is the main failure form of mechanical products. Preventing the micro crack growth or healing the micro crack can not only ensure the mechanical products running safely, also extended their service life. Domestic and foreign research status of crack arrest and healing are reviewed, the application of electro pulsing in material processing is introduced, and the high intensity electro pulsing as the input of transient energy on crack arrest and healing is highlighted. With consideration of the features of remanufacturing products, electro pulsing treatment on crack arrests and healing in remanufacturing is put forward. According to the literature for nearly forty years, it prospects developing trends of crack arrest and healing in remanufacturing, and proposes the development strategies and suggestions.
