重型液压机机架变形的数字图像相关测量与降温法有限元模拟

摘要: 使役状态机架变形测量及机架完整性评价对钢丝缠绕重型模锻液压机的安全运转至关重要。常规的测试手段有局限性无法实现机架变形全场测量,运用数字图像相关法(Digital image correlation,DIC)实现了400 MN模锻液压机加、卸载工作循环机架位移和变形的全场测量。用降温法模拟钢丝缠绕预紧力,对机架预紧、合成工况进行有限元模拟,有限元结果与DIC测量结果吻合,验证了降温法有限元模型。研究机架工作循环变形特点,加、卸载过程中机架变形基本对称,标识点水平间距A2D2最大变化量5.45 mm,竖直间距A1A3最大变化量1.53 mm,均符合设计要求。基于DIC的测量方法有效解决了重型液压机机架变形全场测量难题,并为降温预紧有限元模型提供了验证,为钢丝缠绕液压机设计提供了有益参考。

Abstract: Deformation measurement and integrity evaluation of the frame are vital for normal running of the heavy hydraulic press with steel wire wound. The full-field deformation measurement of the frame is realized hardly due to the limitations of the conventional testing method. By using the digital image correlation method(DIC), the full-field measurements of the deformation for the frame are performed for the loading-unloading cycles of the 400 MN die forging press. Cooling method is employed for simulating the pre-stress of the wound wire and then finite element method(FEM) simulations are performed for the pre-stressed and the combined loading cases of the frame. The FEM results agree well with the DIC experimental data, which verifies the validities of the FEM modelling. Researches on the frame deformation during the working cycles show that the deformation of the frame is basically symmetrical. The maximum changes of the horizontal spacing A2D2 and the vertical spacing A1A3 are 5.45 mm and 1.53 mm respectively which meets the design requirement. The DIC method is used to effectively solve the problem of the full-field deformation measurement of the frame of the heavy hydraulic press, verify the FEM modeling of the frame and provide the beneficial reference for the design of the heavy hydraulic press with steel wire wound.
