复合材料层合板相似模型的几何区间确定方法

摘要: 针对复合材料层合板类结构的相似试验模型的设计问题,提出一种在固有特性相似的情况下,不完全几何相似(畸变)模型的尺寸区间确定方法。用量纲分析与平衡方程分析相结合,建立层合板模型与原型间的相似关系,导出三种固有特性相似关系式。以一种常用复合材料层合板为例,在深入研究使模型与原型在一阶固有相似(即固有频率成比例映射关系、且振型保持一致)时,畸变模型的尺寸适用区间确定方法的基础上,利用解析和有限元法相对照,最终得到复合材料层合板模型和原型在不同阶次下,固有特性相似的畸变模型几何结构适用区间的确定方法,并进行了试验验证。该研究结果为层合板的相似模型设计问题奠定了理论基础。

Abstract: In allusion to the problem of designing the similitude test model of laminated composite plate, a confirm method of the structure size applicable interval of distortion test model is put forward under the condition to have the same nature characteristics. With the method of combining the dimensional analysis and governing equation analysis, the completely scaling laws and the distortion scaling laws between the model of laminated composite plate and its prototype are established, three scaling laws of the prototype are yielded. Then a laminated composite plate which is in common use is taken as an example, under the study of the structure size applicable interval which kept the same first-order nature characteristic (nature frequency and vibration mode), comparing with finite element analysis and resolving analysis to obtain the structure size applicable interval of distortion test model when the model and the prototype is in different orders with the same nature characteristics. Test results reveal that this work lays a theoretical foundation for the similar model structural design for such laminated composite plate.
