Multiscale Modeling for 42CrMo Ring during Blank-casting and Rolling Compound Forming Process

摘要: 基于有限元理论和元胞自动机模型,提出一种宏观与微观尺度相结合的铸态42CrMo合金环件短流程铸辗复合成形工艺混合建模方法。在铸辗复合成形新工艺理论框架下,定义考虑环坯热变形行为和晶粒空间结构的宏观/微观边界转换条件,该边界条件有助于环件的形/性一体化调控。在微观元胞自动机模型框架下,研究晶粒拓扑变形技术,充分考虑晶粒空间重叠的结构问题,通过独立成分分析对晶粒的拓扑结构进行优化。应用混合模型模拟环件短流程铸辗复合成形过程,结果表明,混合建模能根据环件整体和各位置所需表现尺度的不同,应用不同层次的宏微观模型分别模拟,有效提高了铸态环件短流程铸辗复合成形工艺的模拟效能。

Abstract: A modeling approach coupling with both macroscopic and microscopic as-cast 42CrMo alloy ring short process flow casting-rolling compound forming process is proposed based on finite element(FE) theory and cellular automata(CA) model. Within the theory framework of casting-rolling compound forming new process, boundary transition conditions of macro/micro interfaces are defined in consideration of ring hot deformation behavior and grain special topological structure, these boundary conditions are contribute to solve the bottleneck problem of controlling ring shape/property. Within the framework of CA model, the grain topology deformation technology is studied, the space overlapping problem of grain structures are considered fully and the grain topological structures are optimized by using the independent component analysis. The hybrid model is applied to simulate the ring short process flow casting-rolling compound forming process. The results indicate that hybrid modeling can simulate process respectively by using different level macro micro models according to different scales of the integral and the local of a ring, the simulation efficiency of ring short process flow casting-rolling compound forming process is enhanced effectively.
