摘要: 针对钻井泥浆泵存在野外作业、工作环境苛刻、故障诱发概率高、维修困难等问题,研究串联系统可用度评定方法,建立系统可用性多级模型,给出等效的二项和指数单元可用度表达式。根据现场数据信息的特点,结合工程背景研究Bayes统计推断方法,利用矩等价原则,求解出钻井泥浆泵系统可用度Bayes第一、第二置信限。根据大庆油田某钻井队1 296口油井的钻井记录和信息,对国产F-1300/1600钻井泥浆泵可用度进行评定,验证了方法的可行性,也为国内开展系统可用度评估提供示范案例和有效的方法。

Abstract: Aiming at the main problems existing in drilling mud pump, include place in field work, severe work environment, high failure probability, and maintenance difficulty, etc. , series system availability assessment method is studied, system availability multi-stage model is established, and equivalent binomial and exponential unit availability expression are finally given. According to the field data characteristic, Bayes statistical inference method is studied combined with engineering background, further more, the first confidence limit and second confidence limit for drilling mud pump system availability are obtained using moment equivalent principle. Using field life data of 1 296 wells collected from Daqing petroleum drilling crew, evaluating the system availability for domestic drilling mud pump F-1300/1600, the feasibility of this method is validated and provided for demonstration of domestic system availability assessment and effective method.
